To support all licensed charitable gaming organizations, the Department of Charitable Gaming (DCG) revises the first quarter's financial reporting requirements. Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-243, DCG extends the deadline for first quarter financial reports and fees due to the COVID-19 health emergency.
When the governor's state of emergency is lifted, the DCG will announce the new deadline for the first quarter financial report and fee and any subsequent quarterly reports and fees thereafter. All licensees will be required to file financial reports and fees at some point. This is an extension of the current deadline; the first quarter filing requirement is NOT being waived. Organizations that are able to file financial reports and associated fees prior to April 30, 2020, are encouraged to do so.
The Department will inform all licensees of the new deadline, and all licensees are advised to stay informed of any updates from DCG so they are aware of the new deadline.
